Kate Middleton Topless Photos are banned but Prophet's blasphemy (terrorism and degrading human dignity) is allowed. Why?

If disrespecting religion and human dignity comes under Freedom of Expression then why Kate's topoless pictures doesn't come under Freedom of Expression?

Kate+Topless+and+Hijab.jpg

Respect of 1 princess is acknowledged by a law, what about the Respect of most beloved Holy Prophet of more than 2 billion Mulsims followers of one of the largest religion is not acknowledged by such law.

What about the United States constitution Eighth Ammendment words "The 'essential predicate' is 'that a punishmenet must not by its severity be degrading to human dignity,' especially torture."... What about degrading the human dignity and torturing of more than 2 billion Muslims?

Interesting, how the western media endlessly view the hijab as a sign of OPPRESSION. But the moment the Princess is indecently exploited by French paparazzi, the newspapers who published "TOPLESS PHOTOS OF PRINCESS KATE". All of a sudden, having a headscarf is ELEGANT, INNOCENT, MODEST.

The double standards and hypocrisy of the media and western world. Isn't the guiltiness of non Muslims!!!

I know a man who lost his parents but refused to be called an orphan.

Man enough to love a strong woman years older than him, worked for her and made her stronger, opened his heart to her, sewed his clothes, and was faithful to her till her last breath. He was courageous and fearless.

He never judged anyone on their pasts or looks, and was moderate, open minded and tolerant. His neighbor was Jewish and his cousin-in-law was a Christian priest. He was beaten and exiled when he was helpless. He was merciful when he became stronger.

He was an intelligent, wise and a hard worker, built a long lasting nation out of nothing in the last 20 years of his life.

He had no parents, but loved his daughters and grandchildren. His one of the last will was "Be good to women".

This man is Prophet Muhammad, a man worth looking up to - peace be upon him

Just a couple of sayings of Muhammad peace be upon him below :

From Bukhari Volume 004, Book 052, Hadith Number 257.

Narrated By Abdullah : During some of the Ghazawat of the Prophet, a woman was found killed. Allah’s Apostle disapproved the killing of women and children.

"I advise you ten things: Do not kill women or children or an aged, infirm person. Do not cut down fruit-bearing trees. Do not destroy an inhabited place. Do not slaughter sheep or camels except for food. Do not burn bees and do not scatter them. Do not steal from the booty, and do not be cowardly."

Ibn 'Abbas says: The Messenger of Allah, when dispatching his troops, would tell them, ” ..Do not behave treacherously, nor misappropriate war-booty, nor mutilate [those whom you kill], nor kill children, nor the people in cloisters." (Musnad Ahmad, Sunan At-Tirmidhi)

Another narration records that he said, “...Do not kill a woman, nor a child, nor an old-aged man" (Sharh as-Sunnah Al-Baghawi)

Narrated Anas ibn Malik: The Prophet said: Go in Allah's name, trusting in Allah, and adhering to the religion of Allah’s Apostle. Do not kill a decrepit old man, a young infant, or a child, or a woman, do not be dishonest about booty, but collect your spoils, do right and act well, for Allah loves those who do well. (Sunan Abi Dawud)

And again, "Do not kill a child, nor a woman, nor an old man, nor obliterate a stream, nor cut a tree...” (Sunan Al-Bayhaqi)

Srinagar, (SANA): In Indian Occupied Kashmir, APHC (M) Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Professor Abdul Ghani Butt and Muhammad Yasin Malik have felicitated the people and the government of Pakistan on the eve of their Independence Day, today 15 Aug (Wednesday).

Hurriyet leaders in their messages in Srinagar said that the Pakistani government and people had always supported the Kashmiris, who were engaged in a just liberation struggle. They prayed for the progress and prosperity of the country and maintained that a strong Pakistan was imperative for the success of Kashmir movement. Liberation leaders Shabbir Ahmad Shah, Yasmeen Raja, Farooq Ahmed Dar and Javed Ahmed Mir also greeted the Pakistanis on the Day.

On the other hand, India’s Independence Day on Wednesday will be observed as Black Day by the Kashmiris on both sides of the Line of Control and all across the world. The leaders of APHC and other pro-liberation organisations have said that the observance of the Day is meant to convey to the world that the Kashmiris totally reject Indian illegal occupation over the territory.

The Chief Patron of Jammu and Kashmir Mahaz-e-Azadi, Muhammad Azam Inqilabi in a statement appealed to the UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon, to take steps for implementation of the 13th August 1948 resolution of the World Body on Kashmir.

The Jamaat-e-Islami of Indian Occupied Kashmir has elected Muhammad Abdullah Wani as its new Amir. He will replace Sheikh Muhammad Hassan.

Meanwhile, the occupation authorities have deployed Indian police and troops in strength in Srinagar and all major towns in view of India’s Independence Day on Wednesday. The troops and police personnel are conducting surprise checking and subjecting the people to thorough frisking.

Kashmiris in UK to mark India’s Independence Day as black day

London - The Kashmir Centre London has said that the British Kashmiris will observe India’s Independence Day on the 15th August as Black Day. Kashmir Centre London Executive Director Professor Nazir Ahmed Shawl said in a statement that a peaceful demonstration would be held outside the Indian High Commission at Aldwych London on the day.

He said that, on the occasion, a memorandum would also be delivered to the Indian High Commission for the prime minister of India regarding the ongoing human rights violations taking place in the occupied territory.

“The day is observed as a black day because India, despite the promises and commitments from its leaders, is not allowing the people of Jammu and Kashmir to exercise their right to self-determination for choosing a political future of their choice,” he said.
Professor Shawl deplored that India claimed to be the largest democracy of the world but was denying all basic rights and fundamental freedoms in occupied Kashmir.

DUBAI Over 200 Filipinos have embraced Islam since Ramadan began in July, XPRESS has learnt.

“This is only our rough estimate and we really don’t want to parade or make a big deal out of these numbers,” said Wafa Kasimieh, a Filipina senior advisor to Dubai’s Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD). “Kabayans are walking in every day to embrace Islam at various Islamic centres across Dubai, so it’s hard to keep track.”

Kasimieh was speaking at an iftar on Wednesday night attended by over 100 new Filipino Muslims in Dubai. The iftar was organised by IACAD and graced by Philippine Consul General to Dubai Benito Valeriano and Labour Attache Delmer Cruz.

One of the recent converts in Dubai is Malak Arias, 37, who left Catholicism and changed her name Christina to Malak. “I used to visit Islamic centres in Abu Dhabi, Karama and Deira to attend classes. It took me five years to come to a decision that I needed to go back to the religion of my forefathers,” said the civil engineer from Paranaque. “Many of our heroes like Lapu-Lapu, the ruler of Mactan, and Rajah Sulaiman, the ruler of Manila when the Spanish colonisers came, were Muslims.”

But more than her country’s history, what guided her decision was personal. “In the past, whenever I had problems,” said Malak, “I would simply cry non-stop. The emotional turmoil within me was just too heavy. The only relative I have here is my brother, who is usually away due to his work. Now, I have found a big family among the Muslim sisters here. I’m still a baby in my new faith, but I understand enough to guide me to this decision,” said Malak, who earned her civil engineering degree from the Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP).

Josephine Lazona, 32, chose Aisha as her Muslim name when she embraced Islam on July 20, the first day of Ramadan this year. Aisha grew up a Catholic in Sultan Kudarat. The former teacher moved to Dubai in 2008 to work as an administrative assistant in Jebel Ali. “In February, I enrolled in a free Arabic class. All this time, I’ve been searching for answers to difficult questions about my faith,” she said. “As I progressed with my Arabic, my mind was opened. I’ve been seeking answers for years and asked God for a sign, which I got on the night of July 19th when I thought of cooking my favourite pork ‘adobo’ (a popular Filipino dish). Suddenly, I had an unexplained aversion to it. Even the thought of cooking pork adobo made me feel like throwing up.”

The next day, she told her Arabic teacher about her desire to become a Muslim. “My teacher, Sister Ana, was shocked. She never talked to me about converting to Islam. I came to this decision on my own.”

A former born-again Christian, Noriel Magtanong, 36, from Bicol, chose Nuh (Arabic for Noah) as his new Muslim name. “I used to join Christian services, yet I remained an alcoholic. Meanwhile, I’ve been observing Muslims as they pray. One early morning, I woke up and walked around in Dubai and saw them praying. It was a perfect moment. I wanted to surrender myself to God like they do. I saw their spirit of unity, despite their differences. Now, I’ve kicked alcohol altogether.”

Conversions among Filipinos are common in Dubai. In 2010, a total of 125 women from the Philippines embraced Islam. Ahmad Malagueno, 44, a Dubai aircraft maintenance technician who embraced Islam seven years ago, teaches Arabic at Al Sahhaba Centre in Abu Hail on Fridays.

“Before, I used to hate Muslims — but it turned out it was due to my own ignorance. Today, I see Filipinos here embracing Islam almost every day. On July 27, I saw 25 people embracing Islam after a symposium conducted by Filipino Islamic preacher. Only Allah knows the actual numbers today.”
