A two and half year-old child was brought to emergency.

While playing with the key, he gave the same key to the power of electricity. It was a severe shock, the heart was closed.

Please be very careful in the case of children. Especially this is the age of 1 to 3 years old.

To the child of this age:

- Do not give a coin in any form or any small size that can be stuck in the throat.

- Pills Candy don't give and dry fruit also keep in your monitor.

- Baby's feeder never hot in the microwave. The milk is not hot every inside as any "hot spot" can burn Child's mouth.

- Don't let them catch pencil, key or any pointed item.

- Keep tape or plastic adopter on the sockets of electricity and don't leave any wire naked or without plug.

- Don't keep such cloth on the table that the child can pull and on the top there is no decoration piece, glass or heavy item on it.

- Do not Let the child never stand alone in bath filled with water, not even for a moment. The children may fall down in the face and they are drowned.

- Do not wore your children any amulet, locket or necklace as they can take them in mouth and reached to their throat.

- All medicines and dangerous chemicals (Mud Oil, bleaching, acid etc) keep in the locks in every case.

- Take special care in the case of ladder and roof.

- Don't let them sit alone on motorcycle without third adult person.

- Do not set your children in front seat of the car, and the fools who drive in the lap, do not be able to do so.

- Keep the outer doors always keep off and take care that the child's hand does not reach the kandi or the lock.

This few security strategies can save the house from becoming the mourning temple.

If You share this, you may save at least one life. Let's say it's 6: 15 p. m. and you're driving home (alone of course), after an unusually hard day on the job. You're really tired, upset and frustrated.

Suddenly, you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to radiate out into your arm and up into your jaw. You are only about five miles from the hospital nearest your home; unfortunately you don't know if you'll be able to make it that far.

What can you do? You've been trained in CPR but the guy that taught the course neglected to tell you how to perform it on yourself. Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, this article seemed to be in order.

Without help, the person whose heart stops beating properly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.

However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough. The cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. And a cough must be repeated about every 2 seconds without let up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.

Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital. Tell as many other people as possible about this, it could save their lives!

Medical Info: Cancer

Please note the following :

Not all cancers are the same. 1/3 is curable. 1/3 is preventable.

2 factors of cancer that may not be controlled are Age & Family History

Causes of Cancer

1.Smoking is very often the main cause of cancer.

It kills us silently and drains money from us quietly. There're 4,000 harmful chemicals (though in diluted form) in one stick of cigarette. Taking one puff is 600 times worse than inhaling exhaust fumes from vehicles.

2.Some foods that cause cancer is :

a.Barbecued Food

b.Deep Fried Food

c.Overheating Meat

d.Food that is high in fat causes our bile to secrete acid that contains a chemical which is a promoter of cancer cells.

e.Food that contains preservatives, too much salt or nitrates, e.g. canned food, salted egg & veggies, sausages, etc.

f. Overnight Rice (where Aflatoxin is accumulated)

g.Food that is low in fibre : Our body needs 25gm of both soluble & insoluble fibre daily. We must drink at least 1.5 litres of plain water a day.

h.Contaminated Food (e.g. moulded bread causes our body to secrete toxins that may eventually lead to liver cancer in the long run. Never eat bread that is kept in room temperature for more than 2 days especially in a humid weather.)

3.Types of fat and which is the best?

Highly Recommended for Health :

a.Olive Oil - It does not absorb in our body.

b.Fish Oil - Omega 3 (contained in NI's Circulates) has poly-unsaturated fat. It's good for our brain cells.

c.Peanut Oil - It contains Vitamin E. A small dosage is recommended only.

4.Not Recommended for Health

a.Vegetable Fat - Palm oil is worse than coconut oil. It is high in cholesterol and highly unsaturated.

b.Coconut Oil - It has saturated fat.

5.Specific Food & Beverages

a.Egg when eaten too much can cause High Colon Cancer, Risk Ovary Cancer, Prostate Cancer.

b.Cabbage is highly recommended for health reason.

c.Tomato is best eaten raw with a bit of olive oil for better absorption. Other alternative is to take tomato sauce.

d.Coffee is good because it contains 2 anti-oxidants. Inhale coffee aroma for half each day is equivalent to eating 2 oranges a day. However, the residue of over-burned coffee is extremely bad for health. It can cause cancer.

e.Tea, as long as it is in its original tealeaves and not processed into BOH or Lipton packets, it is good for health. Tea contains 30 anti-oxidants. Recommended dosage is 2-3 cups a day.

Exercise and be Fit

Have a balanced lifestyle. Exercise regularly.

F: Frequency: 3 to 5 times a week.

I : Intensity: Exercise till we sweat and breath deeply.

T: Types of exercises : Find one that suits our age, lifestyle...

Have Regular Check-up. Once we reach the age of 45 & above, it is recommended that we go for regular comprehensive health examination.

Early detection may save lives.

Lyrics -

Do you know who makes the sadness go away when life turns its back on you?

And who takes care of you , (and) never forgets you however you live …

So glory be to Allah who guides and heals one’s confusion

And He gives without limits in this life .

Do you know who answers man if he makes a mistake in public or or hides it?

And who gives Paradise and rivers as a reward for charity .

So say ‘O Allah , let me reach the Home of Eternity and safety .’

And to solve my problems and let not anyone harm me .

Do you know who guided man and encouraged him to give in charity?

And He doesn’t accept you to disobey Him , so look how do you keep disobeying Him?

So Who do you show the complaints to and beg for the things you desire?

And where can you find any relief and peace if you not under His Forgiveness?

…in this World?

Dr. Waleed Hakeem

I am really shocked! I know there are more important deaths to talk about, but there are a few reflections I would like to share that have valuable life lessons for me.

I personally was extremely inspired by Anthony Bourdain's travels, success story, and I learned so much from his travels about what to eat in each country, and learned to be brave in trying new things. In fact, I own his entire collection of episodes and use them as a reference when travelling. He was a chef who was stuck inside a kitchen working long hours, wrote a best selling book in his spare time, and from there, his dunya success was nonstop. His work in supporting Palestinians through his show and humanzing them is just monumental!

 Anthony+Bourdain.jpg

Then again, we could clearly see the pattern. Someone who has achieved everything they could achieve in life: fame, money, awards, travels, you wonder, how could someone like this commit suicide? Let's be honest. There are many of us who could only DREAM to have even one-tenth of his life!

When a person achieves everything, they get to a point where they start feeling there is no more bigger purpose in life. There is nothing else to achieve, so they may lose the meaning of life, feel depressed, and take away their life (If you want to protect yourself from this, always find a higher purpose in life. A mission that drives you!)

Believing in an afterlife and a Creator protects a person from many forms of depression, as they live for a higher purporse (although religious people may have depression too for chemical imbalances or from other life traumas, so don't mix both please!).

We also learn that looks may be deceiving. You may think someone is the happiest person alive because you see them travel, eat best food, have enough money to never work, etc, but deep inside they may feel something else. I personally went through this, where people on my page think that I am super happy because they saw me travel to 100+ countries, but they have no idea how much pain, problems, or suffering I have in my life from other issues that Allah tested me with (and I'm always thankful to Allah for everything, AlhamduliLlah!)

Make time for people. Talk to them, listen to their pains. You never know how many lives you could save when you save someone from depression. When you empathize with their pains! Robin Williams, Michael Jackson, Anthony Bourdain, and many others, remind us that even if you appear to have it all, you may still suffer depression, which is intensified by not having a purpose and not having a connection with our Creator or afterlife. Return to your lord, and seek his help. Especially in these blessed days!

Thank you Anthony for inspiring me to travel, try food that I never imagined to try, and teaching me about other cultures. I learned from you that even if a person is small and unknown, they could work hard to make their message global, not just food, but for a bigger and better legacy. It is sad that even though you have visited many Muslim countries, you didn't find your path to guidance. You are now with your Creator!

P.S I know he used foul language a lot in his shows, and that's really bad, but always observe and see what positive things you can learn from each person you meet, regardless of their background.
